16th Sept 2026

Planning a trip to Weatherfield? Whether you’re a lifelong Corrie fan or just fancy stepping onto the cobbles for the first time, here are a few handy tips to help you make the most of your visit.

1. Bring your camera

There are plenty of memorable photo opportunities around the set, so make sure your phone or camera is fully charged before you arrive. After all, how often do you get the chance to pose on the famous Coronation Street cobbles?

2. Book ahead

Don’t leave it until the last minute! Popular dates and times can fill up, and walk-in admission isn’t guaranteed, so, make sure you lock in your dates in advance to avoid disappointment.

3. Arrive early

Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. This gives you time to park, find the entrance and get ready for the experience without having to rush.

4. Wear comfortable shoes

You’ll be walking around the outdoor set, and the famous cobbles can be uneven. Comfortable footwear is definitely the way to go.

5. Upgrade to a Star Tour

If you’re looking to make your day even more special, why not upgrade your visit to a Star Tour – you never who you’ll meet in Weatherfield!
