I haven't received my booking confirmation - what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk email folder as the confirmation email may have been filtered there. If you still cannot find it, please email us at info@coronationstreetexperience.co.uk with as many booking details as possible (name on booking, booking reference number and the date/time) for us to look into this for you.
Please allow 3-5 days for our team to respond. We always recommend creating an account with us so you can obtain your confirmation at your convenience. You will also be able to reschedule your tickets if required.
Please note, for safety and security reasons, we do not share booking information without the direct written permission of the lead booking holder.

Confidentiality
All booking data is treated as strictly confidential.
Third-Party Requests
To protect the privacy of our visitors, we are unable to share or discuss booking details with anyone other than the individual who made the reservation.
Authorisation
Booking information will only be released to a third party where we have received written permission from the lead booking holder.
Important Note
Please ensure that the lead booking holder is present or contactable for any enquiries relating to the reservation, to avoid delays at check-in.
