What happens if Coronation Street Experience cancels my booking?
Please note that our tours operate within a live TV filming site. Due to the unpredictable nature of production schedules, bookings may be cancelled or postponed up to 12 hours before your scheduled tour time.
In the event of a change to your booking:
- Direct Contact: We will endeavor to reach out to you directly via the email or phone number provided at the time of booking.
- Rescheduling: We will prioritize moving your booking to the next available date that suits you.
- Refunds: If we are unable to find a suitable alternative date, a full refund will be issued.
