Can you store luggage or my coat?

We do not offer luggage storage or cloakroom facilities. As this is a live working television set, we’re unable to hold or supervise personal belongings during your visit. Please make alternative arrangements in advance, as we cannot accept responsibility for any unattended items.

Only small bags (under 40 cm x 35 cm x 19 cm) are permitted on-site. Please note that bag searches may be in operation for security reasons. For the safety of all visitors and staff, any dangerous, sharp, or prohibited items (including weapons, scissors, or tools) are strictly not allowed and will be confiscated.

The Coronation Street Experience tours operate on weekends and some bank holidays from 10am – 5 pm. Please refer to the opening times calendar for more information. 

Guided Tour – The Coronation Street Guided Tour is around 90 mins but please allow up to 2.5 hours for the entire experience.

Star Tour – Please allow up to 3 hours for the entire experience.

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Your booking time is your arrival time. Guests will not be allowed in any sooner than 15 minutes prior.

Tour sizes can vary; however, our tour groups are limited to a maximum of 50 people. This ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

The tour runs in most weather conditions, so please dress for the weather — bring raincoats, umbrellas, warm layers or sun protection as needed. Shelter along the route is limited. We also recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy footwear suitable for uneven terrain.

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on-site, including guide dogs, hearing dogs, and medical or support dogs. Unfortunately, no other pets or dogs are allowed due to the working nature of the television set.

Yes, the Coronation Street Experience is fully accessible, but some areas of the cobbled set can be uneven and challenging for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

Unfortunately, we do not have a secure space for guests to leave luggage or additional bags. We would recommend leaving these at your hotel, or if travelling by public transport, there are luggage facilities at the Manchester Station. Due to visiting working sets, there are strict security guidelines regarding bags.

Absolutely! The Coronation Street Experience is a fantastic family day out in Manchester, with plenty to keep younger visitors entertained... from iconic props and replica sets to interactive moments like ringing the original bell in the Rovers replica set and pulling up a chair in Roy's Rolls! 

We recommend the experience for children aged 6 and above, as some archive content is best appreciated by older children and adult fans. Children under 4 go free, and keep an eye out for our Kids Go Free offers for ages 4-16, often running during half terms for even better value for families.

Yes! During your visit to Weatherfield, you may have the opportunity to have your photo taken by our professional photographers. Photography bundles can be pre-booked or purchased on the day of your visit.

When will I receive my physical photos? All physical prints are processed and provided on the day of your visit only. We're unable to offer reprints once you've left site, so please make sure you collect all prints before you go.

Do I get digital copies? Digital copies are included in our top photography bundle. Once purchased, your images are available to download for 30 days from the date of your visit — after which they are automatically deleted. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your photos as soon as possible.

I forgot to redeem my pre-booked photography package — what do I do? Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Please note that pre-booked packages are non-refundable if not redeemed on the day, so do make sure you look out for our photographers during your visit. To help us investigate, have your photo card and the date and time of your tour to hand.

Yes! The Coronation Street Experience features an on-site gift shop where you can take a piece of Weatherfield home with you.

Our extensive range of Coronation Street merchandise offers something for every fan, whether you’re looking for a keepsake or a unique gift. Items include Roy’s Rolls aprons, branded mugs, jigsaw puzzles, tote bags, and a variety of souvenirs featuring iconic quotes and moments from the show.

The gift shop is a popular stop for visitors and a great way to remember your day exploring the real Coronation Street set.

Yes, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our gift shop during your experience, filled with mementos from your visit to the cobbles. Alternatively, a selection of fan favourites are available to purchase here, via the ITV Shop.

In the unlikely event that an item you purchased on-site is found to be damaged or faulty, we are happy to arrange a replacement for you. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please get in touch to the team to notify us of the issue.

You will need to return the damaged item to us by post so that our quality control team can inspect it. Once we have received the return, we will dispatch a replacement to your preferred address at no extra cost. Please ensure you include your original proof of purchase and contact details within the package to help us track your request.
