What time should I arrive?

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Your booking time is your arrival time. Guests will not be allowed in any sooner than 15 minutes prior.

A cast meet-and-greet is included only with Star Tour tickets, where a mystery cast member will join the group for part of the visit.

For safety and security reasons, we’re unable to reveal who the featured cast member will be in advance. Their identity is kept a mystery until the moment you meet them on the day, adding to the excitement and surprise of your Star Tour experience!

You can see all current availability via the booking calendar. We release new tour dates regularly. As the site is a live working television set, the release of dates and their availability are dependent on ITV’s production schedule. To stay up to date, we recommend signing up for our mailing list.

3. Star Tour: 

    • Includes access to the Exhibition, cinema and gift shop with a 90-minute tour of the outdoor set and a meet and greet with a mystery cast member
    • Th Star Tours take place on weekends only

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on-site, including guide dogs, hearing dogs, and medical or support dogs. Unfortunately, no other pets or dogs are allowed due to the working nature of the television set.

Yes, the Coronation Street Experience is fully accessible, but some areas of the cobbled set can be uneven and challenging for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.
