To qualify:

  • The eligible individual must be present on the day of their visit with a valid ticket for themselves.
  • Valid NHS or Blue Light ID (or current proof of employment documentation) must be shown at admissions upon check-in.
  • The discount does not apply to Star Tours or gift vouchers.

If you upgrade to a Star Tour later, the full Star Tour price will apply.

Gift vouchers purchased directly through us are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This means your visit must be booked and take place before the expiry date. Once a voucher expires, it cannot be reinstated.

However, we understand that sometimes you might want a tangible gift to present to someone special. We are pleased to offer the option to have your voucher printed and delivered in a premium physical voucher wallet for an additional fee to cover materials and postage. Our bundle ticket gives you access to both the Coronation Street Experience in Manchester and the Emmerdale Village Tour in Leeds at a discounted rate.

How it works:

  • At checkout, you’ll select a date for your Coronation Street tour.
  • After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a voucher for the Emmerdale Village Tour.

Important to know:

  • Tours take place in two different locations. The Coronation Street Experience is located in Manchester, while the Emmerdale Village Tour is located in Leeds. No transport is provided between each location. Guests are required to arrange their own travel.
  • Many guests choose to visit on tour on a Saturday and the other on Sunday due to the distance between them.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed for a date that occurs before the expiry date.

Please note: Bundle tickets apply to Guided Tours only. Star Tours are not included and cannot be upgraded from a bundle ticket. Star Tour tickets must be purchased separately.
