Please note: extensions can only be considered for vouchers purchased directly through us. While we are unable to extend third-party vouchers, we’re happy to assist where possible.
- If you have purchased your experience through a third-party vendor (such as Virgin Experience Days, Buyagift, or Groupon), please note that their specific Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase.
- Extension Requests: As your contract of sale is with the voucher provider, we are unable to extend the validity dates of these vouchers directly.
- Contact the Provider: For all inquiries regarding voucher extensions or expiry dates, please contact the original provider directly.
- Validation: Once your provider has granted an extension, you will be able to book your preferred date through our standard redemption process, subject to availability.
