My voucher won't work or let me book - what can I do?
If you are experiencing issues with your voucher, please ensure you are doing the following:
- Copy and paste the code correctly with no additional spaces or typos.

If dates are not showing up, the following could be the reason(s) why:
- Vouchers must be redeemed for a date that occurs before the expiry date of the voucher.
- If the date you are looking for is within the valid period of the voucher and still not showing, then we are fully booked or closed for filming.
