What is the difference between the tour and experience types offered?

1. Exhibition:

    • Includes access to the Exhibition, cinema and gift shop
    • The Exhibition takes place on weekdays only

2. Guided Tour: 

    • Includes access to the Exhibition, cinema and gift shop with a 90-minute tour of the outdoor set
    • The Guided Tour takes place on weekends and selected bank holidays only

3. Star Tour: 

    • Includes access to the Exhibition, cinema and gift shop with a 90-minute tour of the outdoor set and a meet and greet with a mystery cast member
    • The Star Tours take place on weekends only

  • Validation: Once your provider has granted an extension, you will be able to book your preferred date through our standard redemption process, subject to availability.

Gift vouchers purchased directly through us are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This means your visit must be booked and take place before the expiry date. Once a voucher expires, it cannot be reinstated.

As part of our effort to remain environmentally conscious, all vouchers are delivered electronically via email. We do not send physical vouchers in the post.

However, we understand that sometimes you might want a tangible gift to present to someone special. We are pleased to offer the option to have your voucher printed and delivered in a premium physical voucher wallet for an additional fee to cover materials and postage. You can easily select this "Post Voucher" option during the checkout process, or you can contact our team directly to upgrade an existing digital order. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on Guided Tours for Blue Light cardholders and NHS workers.

To qualify:

  • The eligible individual must be present on the day of their visit with a valid ticket for themselves.
  • Valid NHS or Blue Light ID (or current proof of employment documentation) must be shown at admissions upon check-in.
  • The discount does not apply to Star Tours or gift vouchers.

Our bundle ticket gives you access to both the Coronation Street Experience in Manchester and the Emmerdale Village Tour in Leeds at a discounted rate.

How it works:

  • At checkout, you’ll select a date for your Coronation Street tour.

Important to know:

  • Tours take place in two different locations. The Coronation Street Experience is located in Manchester, while the Emmerdale Village Tour is located in Leeds. No transport is provided between each location. Guests are required to arrange their own travel.
  • Many guests choose to visit on tour on a Saturday and the other on Sunday due to the distance between them.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed for a date that occurs before the expiry date.

Please note: Bundle tickets apply to Guided Tours only. Star Tours are not included and cannot be upgraded from a bundle ticket. Star Tour tickets must be purchased separately.
