Terms and Conditions - Studio 1 Experience

• Live Production Environment: Studio 1 is a professional, live, working television production environment, not an exhibition. Filming schedules, set changes, and maintenance are constantly ongoing.
• Strict Confidentiality: Because you are entering an active workspace, you may see unreleased storylines, or upcoming set designs. You agree to keep everything you see and hear completely confidential.
• Compliance with Instructions: For your safety and the integrity of the show, Participants must follow all verbal commands and instructions from tour guides, floor managers, and security staff immediately. Failure to do so will mean instant removal from the studio and the tour.

• Zero Photography/Recording: The capturing of images, video, or audio anywhere within Studio 1 is strictly prohibited. All mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices must be switched off and stored away prior to entry.
• Social Media Guidelines and Restricted Sharing:
• You may share the official photograph provided by the attraction on your social media.
• As this is a ‘soft trial’ please only refer to the event as being lucky enough to be in on a day where there was a ‘special look behind the scenes’ or ‘sneak peak. No mention of Studio 1 being open to tours, or details of the trial/information shared during your studio visit must be shared as this may compromise future plans.
• Participants are permitted to share the official professional digital photograph provided by the attraction on social media platforms. However, to protect production secrets, when posting this photo inside the Studio environment you must only refer to receiving a "sneak peek" or "special look behind the scenes." Under no circumstances should social media posts mention that Studio 1 is actively being used for filming, nor may you describe or share any spoilers, set designs, or production activities witnessed during your visit.

• Mandatory Survey: Guests will be required to complete a small feedback survey at the end of their tour.
• Use of Data: A recording of your answers, comments, and submitted data will be collected and used by Continuum Attractions for quality control, research, and analysis purposes. All personal data will be captured and processed in accordance with current data protection laws.

• Hands-Off Policy: All props, furniture, set dressings, and technical equipment are live production assets. Participants must not touch, lean on, or move any set piece or prop.
• No Removal of Property: Removing any item from the studio including minor items like prop paperwork, fake rubbish, or set dressings is strictly forbidden and will be treated as theft.

• Slips, Trips, and Hazards: Production sets feature uneven flooring, temporary platforms, heavy cables, hanging lights, and moving equipment. Participants must watch their step at all times. Running, jumping, or wandering away from the designated tour path is strictly forbidden.
• Footwear Requirement: Suitable, fully enclosed footwear with good grip must be worn. High heels, flip-flops, sandals, or backless shoes are not permitted in Studio 1 due to safety risks. Anyone wearing inappropriate footwear will be refused entry.
• Personal Belongings: Large bags, backpacks, umbrellas, and bulky items are not permitted inside the studio as they pose a tripping hazard and could damage the sets. These must be left in designated locker facilities.
• No Food or Drink: To protect the equipment and sets from accidental damage or staining, no food, drink, or chewing gum is permitted inside Studio 1 at any time

Ejection Policy: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or immediately eject any Participant from the premises without a refund if they breach these health and safety rules, compromise production secrecy, or display disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
