Yes, you can reschedule your visit up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour via your online account. Please note that a £10 administration fee applies: Please visit Manage My Booking for further information. 

If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your visit, you cannot do this via your online account. Instead, please contact us directly, and we will assist you during our email operation hours – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Rescheduling is at the discretion of management. Please note that a £10 rescheduling fee will apply.

Please note that for bookings made via third-party voucher providers, we are strictly unable to offer reschedules or transfers once your scheduled date has passed. To ensure you don't miss out on the magic, please double-check your tour details before arrival, as these bookings are final and cannot be revalidated once the session has expired!

The Coronation Street Experience tours operate on weekends and some bank holidays from 10am – 5 pm. Please refer to the opening times calendar for more information. 

Guided Tour – The Coronation Street Guided Tour is around 90 mins but please allow up to 2.5 hours for the entire experience.

Star Tour – Please allow up to 3 hours for the entire experience.

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Your booking time is your arrival time. Guests will not be allowed in any sooner than 15 minutes prior.

Tour sizes can vary; however, our tour groups are limited to a maximum of 50 people. This ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

The tour runs in most weather conditions, so please dress for the weather — bring raincoats, umbrellas, warm layers or sun protection as needed. Shelter along the route is limited. We also recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy footwear suitable for uneven terrain.

We do not offer luggage storage or cloakroom facilities. As this is a live working television set, we’re unable to hold or supervise personal belongings during your visit. Please make alternative arrangements in advance, as we cannot accept responsibility for any unattended items.

Only small bags (under 40 cm x 35 cm x 19 cm) are permitted on-site. Please note that bag searches may be in operation for security reasons. For the safety of all visitors and staff, any dangerous, sharp, or prohibited items (including weapons, scissors, or tools) are strictly not allowed and will be confiscated.

Yes, the Coronation Street Experience is fully accessible, but some areas of the cobbled set can be uneven and challenging for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

Unfortunately, we do not have a secure space for guests to leave luggage or additional bags. We would recommend leaving these at your hotel, or if travelling by public transport, there are luggage facilities at the Manchester Station. Due to visiting working sets, there are strict security guidelines regarding bags.

Absolutely! The Coronation Street Experience is a fantastic family day out in Manchester, with plenty to keep younger visitors entertained... from iconic props and replica sets to interactive moments like ringing the original bell in the Rovers replica set and pulling up a chair in Roy's Rolls! 

We recommend the experience for children aged 6 and above, as some archive content is best appreciated by older children and adult fans. Children under 4 go free, and keep an eye out for our Kids Go Free offers for ages 4-16, often running during half terms for even better value for families.

Yes! During your visit to Weatherfield, you may have the opportunity to have your photo taken by our professional photographers. Photography bundles can be pre-booked or purchased on the day of your visit.

When will I receive my physical photos? All physical prints are processed and provided on the day of your visit only. We're unable to offer reprints once you've left site, so please make sure you collect all prints before you go.

Do I get digital copies? Digital copies are included in our top photography bundle. Once purchased, your images are available to download for 30 days from the date of your visit — after which they are automatically deleted. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your photos as soon as possible.

I forgot to redeem my pre-booked photography package — what do I do? Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Please note that pre-booked packages are non-refundable if not redeemed on the day, so do make sure you look out for our photographers during your visit. To help us investigate, have your photo card and the date and time of your tour to hand.
